Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data stored on satta1net servers is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Your account credentials are hashed and salted; no plain-text passwords are ever written to our database.

Cookie Policy Transparency

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can manage cookie preferences from the settings panel in your account; opting out of analytics cookies does not affect your account access.

Payment Data Handling

Transaction references from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are retained only for the period required to reconcile accounts and handle disputes. We do not sell or share payment reference data with third-party marketers under any circumstances.

Data Retention Schedule

Account data is retained for the duration your account is active and for a legally required period after closure. Once the retention window closes, your personal records are permanently deleted from our live systems and backups on the next scheduled purge cycle.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — payment processors and fraud-detection partners. Each third party is bound by a data processing agreement that prohibits use of your information for any purpose outside our instructions.

Requesting Data Changes

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth at registration. During transactions we log payment references from UPI, Paytm or PhonePe to reconcile your account history — we do not store full wallet credentials or UPI PINs.

Submit a data access request through the Privacy section of the Help Centre or email our privacy team. After we verify your identity, we will send you a copy of all personal data we hold on your account within seven working days.

Yes. You can request deletion through the Help Centre or by emailing our privacy team. We will erase your records once any legally required retention period has elapsed; we will confirm in writing when deletion is complete.

We share data only with payment processors such as UPI and Paytm gateway partners, and with fraud-detection services. All third parties sign data processing agreements that prevent them from using your information for their own marketing or other purposes.

We use cookies for session management and anonymous analytics. You can review and adjust your cookie preferences in the account settings panel at any time. Disabling analytics cookies has no effect on your ability to log in or transact on the platform.
